Production of Quality Engines

Research, human resources, the selection of suppliers, production lines: these are the quality components of VM.
The Research and Development Department has 120 employees (Technicians and Engineers) who carry out development and performance tests and check the engines reliability and relative components on a daily basis.
Great attention is paid to human resource development. Regular training courses are held, so favoring the sense of belonging and involvement in the Company.
Another important element for quality is the supplier. Not only is our supplier selection process very rigid, but we have also created a specific computer system (CCVI) to enable us to regularly monitor our suppliers. A lot of attention has been given to reducing defectiveness during the production process. This is carried out by means of our SPC monitoring system and centralized data collection.
