This 3.0L SR506 200 kW diesel engine is derived from the latest generation of light duty engines from which it inherits its excellent performance in terms of fuel consumption and low noise levels.

The engine has 2000 bar direct common rail injection and a variable geometry turbo (VGT). An EGR system can be added to further reduce emissions. Its compact V6 configuration also makes it possible to install hybrid electrical applications.

This engine configuration has been developed for special purpose on- and off-road applications such as generators to be used in emergency situations. The engine can be adapted according to customer requirements.
